Description
The portal is not located at its initial location. It would come from a Building in Poitiers, which was destroyed in the 19th century, possibly the old church of the Augustins, and was sculpted by the Girouard brothers, of the renowned sculptors of the 17th century Poitiers. Statues or trophies were supposed to top the entablature. The castle to which this portal gives access to the 19th century.
