Description
The first references to a residence date from the 14th century. In the 19th century, the general management of the castle evolved. This includes a set of buildings built between the 14th and the beginning of the 20th century, with a large main building which retains the arrangement of a carpentry dating from the 14th century, additions made in the 17th century and 18th century renovations. In the 19th century, a huge pavilion was added to the northern end, followed, in 1900, by small structures in Bow-Window designed by the Libaudière architect.
